2022 China International Fair for Trade in Services: Metaverse, Immersive Cultural and Tourism Experience, Digital Financial Applications

The 2022 China International Fair for Trade in Services has kicked off, with many highlights including the metaverse, immersive cultural and tourism experiences, and digital financial applications receiving significant attention.

The total construction area of the Metaverse Application Theme Pavilion located in Hall 10 of Shougang Park is nearly 10000 square meters. On the evening of the 30th, accompanied by cool audio-visual performances, the Metaverse Experience Hall was officially lit up. The reporter noticed that a series of human-computer interaction game experiences were the first to "unveil the veil". With the support of large-scale immersive human-computer interaction systems, viewers can enter the metaverse world without wearing any devices.

According to the exhibitor, the Metaverse Experience Hall is divided into two parts: a permanent venue and a temporary exhibition. After the end of the Service Trade Fair, the construction of the Metaverse Frontier Technology Exhibition Center will continue in Hall 10, continuously promoting innovation in key technologies and business models of the Metaverse.

The cultural and tourism service exhibition will be showcased in Hall 1 and Hall 2 of Shougang Park. The SoReal Jiaolong manned deep-sea simulation experience device, which athletes from various countries competed to check-in during the Beijing Winter Olympics, will also be displayed to the public. The device still retains the signatures of athletes from multiple countries. Walking into the device, visitors can immerse themselves in the unique scenery of the underwater world.

The special exhibition also showcased the Liangma River in Beijing. Through VR technology, viewers can enjoy a night tour of the Liangma River's picturesque waterfront, complemented by screen touch and other functions, comprehensively enhancing the sense of interaction and technology. ”Wang Yonggang, Deputy Director of the Culture and Tourism Bureau of Chaoyang District, Beijing, said.

More than 130 domestic and foreign financial institutions and enterprises participated in the financial services exhibition, showcasing a series of digital financial applications that are gradually being implemented or have demonstrative significance, such as the Lize Financial Business District digital presenter, unmanned digital RMB payment experience car, and digital RMB ecological city 3D model created using holographic portrait replication technology.
